The upgrade process:
To upgrade your ADSL connection please telephone us on 01428 80 80 80 where our sales team will be pleased to answer any questions, explain the upgrade procedure and assist in any way possible.
Your upgrade takes approximatly 7 days to complete, after which time as you use the connection over the following 10 day period, you should see the line speed increase and improve until the optimum line performance is found for your telephone line.

If for any reason you cancel your contract within the first 12 months, there is a £20 + vat cancellation charge. This covers our costs of providing your free migration.
