We recommend using mail2web.com should you wish to check your e-mail remotely.
You must use the "advanced login" option (if not already selected) and enter the settings as follows:
- Server name or IP address:
- mail.gofast.co.uk
- User ID or Login name:
- Your Username (eg yournamegofast)
- Password:
- Your Password
- Mail Protocol:
- Tick the "POP3" box, and ensure "SSL" is unticked
