Case Study - Mobile - Training Vehicle
Wiltshire Learning Centre (WLC) provides training and courses for schools and colleges throughout the region with their fleet of specially equipped vehicles.
Having used satellite technology to interconnect the vehicles to the Internet, WLCs decided to upgrade their vehicles to a self-deploying satellite system to save time and improve efficiency in connecting.
Fast.co.uk worked with WLC to prepare and install the vehicles for an iNetVu self deploying satellite system using the Hughes Network. By incorporating this system into vehicles the ease of use of the system means that from the touch of a button the six PCs installed in the vehicle have full Internet access within 3 minutes, enabling full functionality to the students.
WLC have indicated that further systems will be implemented into their fleet and they are delighted with the iNetVu system and our on-going service to them.
