BT Wholesale Charges Explained
There are occasions where charges made by BT Wholesale to us are passed onto our customers. This page explains some of those in our aim to be open and honest at all times.

SFI Engineer Charge£166 + vat
When a BT engineer attends a property to investigate a fault, this charge applies if they find no fault, or a fault that is not their responsibility.
SFI Engineer Abortive Visit Charge£85 + vat
If an engineer appointment is booked, but they are unable to access the property or someone is not onsite to meet them BT Wholesale charge an abortive visit charge, which is passed on at cost to the customer.
SFI Engineer Early Morning or Evening Appointment£16.00 + vat
BT Wholesale are offering additional early morning (EM) and evening (EV) slots Monday to Friday, excluding regional public and bank holidays. The early morning appointment will be between 7am and 8am with the evening slot being between 6pm and 9pm.
ADSL Cease Charge£31.12 + vat
When an ADSL connection is ceased (rather than migrated to another provider) either by the customer, or BT (such as disconnecting the phone line) BT Wholesale charge us a fee to cease the service, which is passed onto the customer at cost price.
Cancellation 3+ days before live£17.74 + vat
When an ADSL connection is cancelled 3 or more days before the order is live, BT Wholesale charge us a fee, which is passed onto the customer at cost price.
Cancellation less than 3 days before live£69.38 + vat
When an ADSL connection is cancelled less than 3 days before the order is live, BT Wholesale charge us a fee, which is passed onto the customer at cost price.
Fast Track Order£160.00 + vat
An ADSL provide order can be Fast Tracked if it is required urgently. A Fast Track is where BT wholesale aim to get broadband live the following working day after an order has been accepted by them. This is not guaranteed however.
Where BT Wholeasle make a charge to us, and there are grounds to dispute the charge, we will use all reasonable efforts to dispute it, and take any additional evidence you can provide from you to assist in that process. If we succeed in disputing the charge with BT we will credit the charge we have made to you.
